Artwork Upload Guidelines

Please provide the information below and upload your artwork files to begin the process.

Important: The quality of your artwork directly impacts the final product. Providing the correct file format will ensure the best possible results and help avoid delays.

Preferred File Format (Best Results)

For the highest quality printing, please upload artwork in vector format:

• .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• .EPS

These files allow us to scale your logo or design to any size without losing clarity. If you worked with a designer or printer, they should be able to provide this format.

Other Acceptable Formats (If Vector Is Not Available)

We can often work with high-resolution files such as:

• .PNG
• .JPG
• .PDF

However: These must be high resolution (300 DPI or higher). Low-quality or small images pulled from websites will not produce acceptable print results.

If Your Artwork Needs Adjustment

If your file is not in a usable format, no problem—we can help.
Our team can review your artwork and let you know if cleanup or conversion is needed. In some cases, additional artwork setup fees may apply.

Proofing Process

If you request a virtual proof, please note it is for general reference only.
We will provide a final production proof for your approval before your order moves into production.
